Terms & Conditions

1. Order Confirmation: 
   • No order is confirmed without advance payment. 
   • Customers must check design, size, and delivery time before placing an order. 
2. Customization: 
   • Each dress is made-to-order by our designers and craftsmen. 
   • Any incorrect details provided by the customer will require additional charges for correction. 
3. Delivery: 
   • Standard delivery time is 9–12 working days. 
   • For event dates, customers must inform us in written form via inbox. 
   • We use Sundarban Courier and S.A Paribahan for delivery. 
4. Delivery Charges: 
   • Inside Dhaka: 100 BDT 
   • Outside Dhaka: 140 BDT 
5. Important Rules: 
   • Verbal measurements/designs over phone calls are not accepted. 
   • Customers must collect products from courier offices within 3 days. Otherwise, return and re-shipping charges will apply. 

Any disrespectful or inappropriate behavior may result in service restrictions.
