Refund Policy

Once an order is confirmed and payment is made, it cannot be canceled or changed. However, refunds or replacements are applicable under the following conditions:

✅ Delivery is not made within the committed time.
✅ Product is significantly different from the ordered design/color/size.
✅ Wrong product is delivered.

👉 In these valid cases, a 100% refund or replacement will be provided.

📌 Non-refundable cases:

• If incorrect information (such as wrong size/design) is given by the customer.

   

• Once production has started, no changes or cancellations are possible.
